High-energy, structured training in a competitive group environment. Athletes follow a professionally designed program focused on strength, speed, and movement development, while still receiving coaching, feedback, and measurable progress tracking through performance data and modern training methods.

Our Clinics & Camps are designed to deliver focused, high-level training in specific areas of athletic performance. Whether it’s speed, strength, or overall athletic development, each session is structured to help athletes improve with purpose.

Unlike traditional camps, these are built around proven training systems used at the high school and collegiate level—giving athletes the tools they need to perform, compete, and separate themselves.

Nolan Michaels Strength & Speed Academy is built to help athletes develop speed, strength, and confidence through structured, performance-based training. With experience working with high school and collegiate athletes, including at The Ohio State University, Duke University, Iowa Sate University , our focus is simple: help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform at a highest level.
